Zelda and Link

Surprisingly, there were quite a few people who wore Link’s Champion’s Tunic from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, but few committed to it more than the shirt. This cosplayer, however, came with a Sheikah Slate tablet on his hip and a Hylian Hood. Meanwhile, the Zelda beside him had a ton of great detailing, especially in her leather belt, and the expression on her face is perfect.

Prince Sidon

I have no idea how this cosplayer walked around with the Sidon headdress on all day, but this was also early in the day. Either way, she was also more than willing to do the classic Sidon pose of a clenched fist and a big grin.

I still can’t get over all the details she has in this outfit, down to the excellent shoes.

Link in Rito outfit

As I said earlier, there were a lot of standard Breath of the Wild Links at C2E2, but there was just one Link that I found who went for something a little more interesting: the Rito armor that provides protection against the cold. (It was fitting; Chicago was not warm that weekend.) Check out all the detail that went into that Ancient Arrow and the Great Eagle Bow as well.

Tiki and Tharja

As one of the approximately 12 Fire Emblem fans in the States, seeing people cosplay as characters from the series was great … and then they were willing to pose for a photo! Between the representation of a classic young Tiki from the earliest games in the series to Tharja from Fire Emblem: Awakening, this photo spans almost the entire history of the series.
