Chris Evans goes in on Fox News’ Laura Ingraham, proving he’s really Cap
Time and time again Chris Evans likes to remind us that he really is Captain America. This time, in defense of the Parkland students.
Chris Evans on Twitter is the gift we all need in in 2018. He has consistently been the Steve Rogers we have come to love him as in the Avengers series, proving that he is truly one of the good ones. Recently, he has taken to defending the victims of the Parkland shooting in Florida.
We live in a crazy time, made even crazier by the fact that Chris has to defend gun violence victims. Luckily though, Chris Evans is using his platform for good. He is actively trying to help those hurt and wants to use his voice to defend them against those trying to take them down.
Case in point: Chris taking on Laura Ingraham on Twitter. The Fox News host has been known to share her opinions on Twitter and they’re not necessarily the best. Recently, she has focused her energy on attacking David Hogg (one of the more outspoken voices of the Parkland school shooting survivors).
When David didn’t get into a few schools he applied to, Ingraham took to Twitter to mock him. And obviously, Chris wasn’t here for it.
Not only was her response questionable (David is still a child) but it was just petty. So Chris took a stance and defended David by pointing out the problem with Ingraham’s tweet. Overall, the Avengers actor has been very vocal in his support of Parkland’s survivors as well as the gun reform movement.
Chris Evans really is our Captain America.
