Sebastian Stan shares an Instagram post that gives us a glimpse into Infinity War

Miss seeing Sebastian Stan fight as Bucky Barnes? Well, Sebastian took to Instagram to share a rehearsal and get us excited for Infinity War.

Sebastian Stan is no stranger to fight choreography. From his first appearance in Captain America: The First Avenger, Stan’s training for Bucky Barnes has put him through the ringer. From working with his trainer Don Saladino regularly to continually rehearsing the fights we see in movies, Sebastian works hard to bring Bucky Barnes to life.

Obviously, we are all excited to see where Bucky ends up next in the new Avengers: Infinity War coming out this April 27. To get his fans ready, Sebastian gave a glimpse of one of Bucky’s fights from the upcoming film.

The fight isn’t complete because obviously Sebastian doesn’t have on his Bucky arm (something that took me a second to remember). But seeing him fight with a knife brings back some memories to Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

What is really cool about the fight choreography for Marvel characters is that they are very specific. Yes, as the characters develop so does their fighting style. Yet even this quick fight shows that the Winder Soldier isn’t exactly gone.

While we still don’t know the fate of Steve Rogers, this fight scene does make me wonder what Bucky Barnes will fight like if he takes on the mantle of Captain America. We’re so used to Cap’s shield work that it’ll be interesting to see.

In the mean time, we can watch this video on repeat and dream of a world where we get a short haired Bucky Barnes fighting off Thanos for the infinity stones.
