We know that Meghan Markle’s name is going to be a bit different later this year after she marries Prince Harry. When the duo tie the knot, she will be known as Rachel Meghan Mountbatten-Windsor, which is quite the mouthful when you look at it. (She’ll even have a hyphenated surname!)

You’re probably asking, “wait, Rachel? Isn’t that her character from Suits?” Well, it turns out Meghan’s real first name is Rachel! The actress goes by her middle name, Meghan.

It’s not entirely uncommon for people to prefer their middle name, especially in Hollywood, if that wasn’t obvious yet. But let’s just all agree to call her Princess Meghan, just like we call her soon-to-be sister-in-law Princess Kate, although she’s technically Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge or Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge. (As the above link points out, we’ll likely see Meghan become a duchess as well.)

Hopefully, the two get along — and can help keep each other’s titles’ straight! It can’t be easy at all.
