Taylor Swift among many other artists is preparing for special releases for Record Store Day in April. The event will be held on April 21, 2018, at record stores all around the globe.

Record Store Day is big in the music industry world as it celebrates music, vinyl and the artists who have worked so hard to let their voices be heard. During Record Store Day, most artists prepare for special releases on vinyl in celebration. This year, the “Look What You Made Me Do” singer is getting ready to release three special editions of Fearless, 1989 and her debut album Taylor Swift.

What will these special releases entail? The albums will be on a special colored vinyl. What is colored vinyl? Colored vinyl is simply a record that is made with a certain form of plastic and the disc itself is a color instead of a simple black record. What color will Swift’s records be? We don’t know but we certainly can’t wait to find out. If anything, we do know that these special vinyl editions will sell and they’ll sell fast. Who is lining up at their favorite record store to pick up your favorite Swift album? We know we are.
