Nothing is ever as it seems in a Shondaland show. This final Scandal season has been no different. This week’s episode of Scandal might provide the answers that fans want. Then again, could the reveals only create more questions?
The first episode after the winter finale revealed that Quinn (aka Robin) died. While everyone only heard a gunshot, the assumption was Quinn was killed by Olivia’s father. The gladiators were given an autopsy report that proved Robin was killed, burned beyond recognition. Everyone was in shock and sad.
As Olivia grappled with knowing she caused Quinn’s death, Huck was questioning Olivia’s involvement in Quinn’s demise. He knows that something isn’t right. But, is there more lurking beneath the surface.
The final clip from last week’s episode has Charlie discovering a baby girl in Rowan’s house. Is it his baby? Could Robin still be alive?

According to ABC, here’s what we’ll see this week:
"The harrowing events that transpired in Rowan’s basement are revealed, from the moment Quinn was kidnapped to her earth-shattering gunshot that rocked Olivia to her core."
While this synopsis says that fans will get answers, it probably will only lead to more questions. Truthfully, it is hard to believe that Quinn is dead. Rowan and Quinn could easily have faked that autopsy report. Quinn was so angry at Olivia over the diplomat’s murder that she could be working with Rowan to plot revenge against Olivia. Could all these incidents be a scheme to bring down Olivia?
There are too many facts that are missing to determine a definitive answer. Then again, nothing is what it seems in this final Scandal season. Who would have thought that Olivia would tarnish that white hat?
