Golden Globes predictions: What is going to win in the television categories

Do you ever watch a series and you get so enthralled by it that you can’t stop watching? You want to know everything that happens and, even though it is a book with a closed ending, you want a second season? That’s what happened with the world and Big Little Lies.

It is the miniseries that took over last year and I think it is safe to say that it is going to take home the Golden Globe. The series is based on the novel by Liane Moriarty. A second season is in the works (which is kind of hard since the show wrapped up nicely), but it is just because this was such a good series.

Following the lives of women living in northern California, the show had twists and turns that none of us saw coming. And on top of that, the acting was absolutely incredible. Everything about it was amazing and we’re all still talking about it.

I don’t really see any other miniseries beating Big Little Lies, but if it does, that is definitely going to be an upset that no one wants. Big Little Lies deserves this win and let us hope that the voters give it the Golden Globe.
