Scandal’s final season premiere live stream: Watch online
Will Olivia wear the white hat or has her proximity to the Oval brought her to a darker path? Scandal’s final season is here.
It is time to pour a glass of your favorite red wine and settle in on the couch for the premiere of Scandal‘s last season. When last season ended, Olivia succeeded in securing Mellie’s place in history as the next President. But, every accomplishment comes with a few loose ends. After eliminating a threat, Vargas’ widow, other obstacles will surely arise. What will the final season have in store for Gladiator fans?
SCANDAL – “Watch Me” – One hundred days into Mellie’s presidency, Olivia Pope is proving she can run the world; but to avoid an international incident, she may have to make her toughest call yet. Meanwhile, Quinn Perkins & Associates struggle to find their first client, on the highly-anticipated season premiere of “Scandal,” airing THURSDAY, OCTOBER 5 (9:00-10:00 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network. According to TV Guide the first episode of Scandal‘s final season premiere episode features:
"One hundred days into Mellie’s presidency, Olivia Pope is proving she can run the world; but to avoid an international incident, she may have to make her toughest call yet. Meanwhile, Quinn Perkins & Associates struggle to find their first client."
From ABC.com, the sneak preview clip says:
"Quinn (Katie Lowes) and Abby (Darby Stanchfield) press David (Joshua Malina) to see if he has any cases for the newly minted Quinn Perkins and Associates, QPA, Gladiators. They assume he has high profile friends that must have a problem that needs fixing. Affairs to hide, dirty secrets to protect, or murders to cover up. David is honest and says people on the hill trusted Olivia Pope and Associates, OPA. Nobody knows QPA. They refuse to let David leave until they get a client. Lucky for him one walks through the door."
In this new Oval, everyone should expect the unexpected. While no one wants to allude to real life political drama, the international incident theme seems quite timely. It will be interesting to see how Scandal portrays a powerful woman without labeling her with rude adjectives.
Power doesn’t come with a gender label. Power is achieved through smart decisions and cunning motive. Olivia Pope has both. Like the commercial says, it is Olivia’s world and we all just live in it.
Since Olivia had to give up her business, the new QPA story line might run parallel to the Mellie White House issues. While there will obviously be cross over, who knows if they will represent the same interests. Could QPA stir up some trouble for Olivia and the Oval? It just might happen.
Forget the glass of red wine, I might need a whole bottle of wine for Scandal‘s season premiere this year. Here’s how to watch.
