Game of Thrones stars hit the red carpet in style Wednesday night for the season 7 premiere. Here are a few of our favorite looks.

Game of Thrones season 7 details have been spreading like Wildfire all week ahead of the show’s Sunday night premiere. We’ve learned the titles of the first few episodes of the season. We’ve learned that cast and crew went to the trouble of shooting multiple fake scenes to throw off the paparazzi. We’ve learned at least a few hints from actors and creators on what might be in store for the characters this season. And as of Wednesday night, we learned that the Game of Thrones stars know how to stun out of costume, too.

Of course, it’s hard to compete with Daenerys’s white-gold plaits and curls, or Brienne of Tarth’s fierce field gear in the style department, but the technically blue carpet arrivals at the Los Angeles event Wednesday night certainly gave it their best shot. Here are a few of our favorites:

Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark)

Sansa always slays on the show (or she has been more lately anyway, what with the feeding Ramsey Bolton to the dogs and all), so it should come as no surprise that she slays on the blue carpet too. We’re digging the glitzy youthfulness of the animated character on Turner’s dress and her understated hair and make-up creates a nice balance with the boldness of her outfit. It’s especially fun to see Turner looking comfy and carefree when we’re used to seeing Sansa in incredibly stressful, and fur-wrapped, states on the show.

Of course, this kind of thing wouldn’t be practical out on the battlefield, but it’s fun for a night away from the Seven Kingdoms.

Sansa is potentially in for an eventful season as she and Jon Snow have reunited and reclaimed the North. That is assuming Littlefinger and his scheming doesn’t drive a wedge between the two of them.
