The Great British Baking Show season 4 episode 3 live stream

This week’s episode of The Great British Baking Show will get very yeasty for the third round of challenges, but where will the streams rise?

The Great British Baking Show started off with two episodes last week. Need to know who made it through “Cakes” and “Biscuits”? Look no further than our Culturess recap.

The first six challenges of this season of The Great British Baking Show have been no picnic, to avoid the easy pun about cakes and walking. Apparently, things won’t get easier in week three.

Per the PBS press page for the show, episode 3 will shift the focus from more dessert-like foods to breads, which could go any number of places. Here’s the synopsis:

"“See how the bakers tackle three of Paul’s toughest challenges ever during bread week.”"

That’s not intimidating at all. In case you’re not aware, Paul Hollywood has literally written an entire book about how to make different kinds of bread. It is kind of his specialty. And, after two weeks of Mary Berry’s recipes providing the basis for the technical challenges, we’re sure he has something particularly nasty up his sleeve.

As the competition continues, let’s see who emerges as a front runner. Keep an eye on Candice and Jane, both of whom have already won Star Baker. Meanwhile, Andrew has also hovered near the top, especially with his two showstoppers, and people like Tom and Benjamina have also had good showings. That’s a significant chunk of the cast, but these are supposed to be the best amateur bakers in Great Britain, and we’ve only had two episodes to judge their skills.

Look for things to become more clear as this episode continues.
