5. The Black Series

This one, for those of a collecting nature, may be a dangerous thing to get into. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.

Anyway, Hasbro’s The Black Series is a line of toys, primarily figures, but also including miniature ship models and also this ridiculous lightsaber replica that comes with its own sound effects, lights up, and comes with its own stand so that you can put it on display. There are websites out there primarily dedicated to listing out just the six-inch figures, like ItsAllTrue.net.

More recently, Hasbro has worked on a 40th anniversary line of 12 figures; in an interview with a director on the official Star Wars website, you can see photos of all of them. Whether or not you leave them in the box if you buy them or take them out is up to you.

Perhaps you might want to start with the titanium ship models, since they take up less space? But far be it from us to tell you what to do with your space and your money.

We will also just casually point out that Hasbro also makes Bladebuilders kits, which allow you to customize a lightsaber, albeit not under its Black Series label. Maybe Kylo Ren needs to take a look at them to get better ideas for when his current lightsaber finally becomes too unstable to use.
