Thank you, Ireland, for posting a Battlefront II image on a GameStop game page and giving us a really decent look at Rey’s full look in The Last Jedi.
Star Wars plans to release a sequel to 2015 Battlefront game that pretty much took over everyone’s lives for a few months. Admittedly, the game had its kinks but so far, it looks like EA and Star Wars have seriously built upon that.
If you missed the trailer, I included it below so you can get a taste of what’s in store.
Pretty cool, right? Well, that’s not even the best part.
Now, to prepare for the release of Battlefront II in November, some big retails already have the game information up on their site. Obviously, it’s not ready for pre-order yet. But the manufacturers and retailers want the fans to feel the excitement as early as possible.
An Irish GameStop page first posted the image, but it’s been brought to our attention by io9 via Reddit. Basically, Ireland — which has never been modest — went ahead and posted a very interesting image that shows our heroine Rey in all of her Jedi glory. That includes her new hairdo, darker robes and that sexy blue lightsaber.

First and foremost, that can easily be a different promotional image than what we’ll actually see in December when The Last Jedi hits theaters.
But for the sake of argument and for our own amusement, let’s assume that’s it. It’s the same look as previous merch packaging, but it’s a lot more practical that Rey’s Jakku outfit and her ‘The end of The Force Awakens when she goes to Ahch-To’ outfit.
For the game, players can upgrade to The Last Jedi heroes to unlock Rey and Kylo Ren. Specifically, one of Rey’s abilities includes “controlling the mind of enemies.” So instead of saying to leave the cell with the door open, you can just be like, “jump off this cliff, please.”
Or something like that.
