Tyrion Lannister – Game of Thrones

Although Tyrion has recently proven himself to be an invaluable political asset, he also seems like he would be unceasingly fun to hang around. As the outcast brother of a very, very dysfunctional family, Tyrion learned to use his humor and wit to cope with all the bad stuff that’s happened to him. And trust me, he’s had to endure a lot of bad and super weird stuff over his life.

Tyrion likes to party, and although he and I don’t share the same philosophy about prostitutes, I like that he’s up for anything.  Tyrion is bound to know all the best hangouts, with the best beer, and when the entertainment lulls, he’s always good for a joke.

He has a serious side, too. Because of all the hard and terrible things he’s had to endure, he’s gained quite a bit of wisdom along the way. He is an excellent source for sage advice, and seems to have a level-headed compassion that you need in a friend. He can always see things from a much clearer perspective. This can be invaluable when you’re faced when the big life problems. He also never judges, so you can tell him all your weird stuff and he won’t bat an eye. I need that in my life.
