10. Michael Bublé and Jessica Rabbit (Who Framed Roger Rabbit?)

In 1988, Walt Disney Animation Studios broke down the wall between live action and animation with Who Framed Roger Rabbit? They also broke down reasonable body proportions with Jessica Rabbit, but still, she became a popular Halloween costume almost overnight. With her performance of “Why Don’t You Do Right?” Jessica won the hearts of everyone in the room. Her lilting, jazzy voice called back to the crooners of old. So naturally, we paired her with today’s most popular crooner: Michael Bublé.

Though Bublé seems to live in some remote place until Christmastime, the singer does have multiple successful songs outside the holiday realm. His voice is eerily similar to that of Frank Sinatra or Eddie Fisher, and would provide the perfect bass vocals to accompany Jessica Rabbit. Together, the duo could revive jazz in a big way.

Bublé has worked with big voices in the past, covering “Baby It’s Cold Outside” with Idina Menzel in 2014. He’s come to be known for putting out a big sound, so a duet with Jessica Rabbit might help him to pull back a bit. The pair would make perfect parlor music for anyone hosting the family get-together.
