5. That Much Closer to Summer

Summer is still the easiest time of year. Most businesses are more willing to let you leave early to go places, you get to go on vacations. Everything about the summer makes it feel like everyone is super relaxed and laid back.

It’s all an illusion and no one is like that but for three months, we all pretend we’re calm people. And that’s what is lovely about the summer. Spring means that we’re one step closer to that calm atmosphere. Truly it feels as if we’re all the Dude from The Big Lebowski and we all just chill in our free time.

Again, that isn’t true, but at least summer rids many of us of our anxieties. And spring bleeds into that feeling. With it, we can all breathe and relish in the fact that we’re out of the darkness of winter and into the bright summer days.

We start to get that summer music coming out and blockbuster movies are revving their engines, waiting for us to give them our money. It is just a nice time to be and we can see only months of happiness and getting ready to be warm and carefree for three months.
