Four Minute Sneak Peek Into Ridley Scott’s “Alien: Covenant”

A pleasant surprise was given to “Alien: Covenant” fans yesterday as a new teaser trailer was released, giving insight of what’s to come for the film.

Ridley Scott’s newest feature film “Alien: Covenant” is set to hit theaters on May 19th. The synopsis put out by IMDB reads: The crew of a colony ship discover an uncharted paradise, with a threat beyond their imagination, and must attempt a harrowing escape. Although we already got the official first trailer back in December, this week has been filled with teasers for this upcoming movie.

Just a day after a photo was released of the “Alien: Covenant” cast, confirming James Franco as part of it, a new teaser trailer debuted yesterday during Legion. 

We get a nice taste of the characters in this new teaser and see where this story could possibly go. But of course, mix that with a little shock, a little partying, and you’ve got yourself an Alien film by the magical directing of Ridley Scott. If you’re looking forward to the movie coming out this Spring, you won’t want to miss this 4-minute intro to it.

Before they all go off to their long winter’s nap of cyrosleep, the crew hosts a party and toasts to one another. “It’s the first-ever large-scale colonization mission to come this far into our galaxy. We’re making history. I just want to say I couldn’t pick a better bunch of jerks to get marooned on a distant planet with. So, to the Covenant!”

But we know it’s not going to be all fun and games from here.
