For last week’s episode, “The Devil is in the Details,” the judges decided that Stella Sensel and Jasmine Ringo would be the first team to go home. They were in bottom looks at the end of episode 1, and their lack of focus during episode 2 showed in their final product. Their bull-headed creature had some nice sculptural aspects, but the character never came together.

This week, the remaining artists will have to create characters based on Mattel’s Monster High dolls. Needless to say, the school where “kind ghouls rule” is super excited about the collaboration. There’s even a sneak peek right there in the tweet for you!

Teen fashionista monsters seem to be right in the contestants’ wheelhouse, so we should see some really fun looks! Shouldn’t be too hard for them to throw together some goth-tastic outfits and make-ups, right?
