Victoria on PBS: Season 1, Episode 3 Live Stream
On this week’s episode of Victoria, Victoria will have to contend with the arrival of someone new. Here’s how and when to watch.
Although the Russian Grand Duke may know how to dance, he and Victoria’s cousin George do not necessarily make her seem like the catch she rather is. After all, she is a queen, and even though she’ll reign, that doesn’t mean there isn’t a lot of influence and wealth to be had for a suitor who manages to woo her. All of this will come into play starting on this week’s episode of Victoria on PBS.
From the synopsis, we know that the episode’s titled “The Clockwork Prince”. It seems wise to guess that this will refer to Albert of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha, better known to our heroine as her first cousin whom she doesn’t like all that much based on the last time she met him. However, he’s a favored candidate for her husband, and now he’ll arrive this week for a visit.

It seems like the promo pointedly makes sure to show Albert not talking all that often, since that was one of her complaints about him. However, when he does say something, he makes a very good point about Lord Melbourne’s influence on her.
Also, he has the awkward stare down. It’s rather impressive, actually. However, just judging by the fact that he makes the point at all, it seems like he’ll make some strides in improving Victoria’s opinion of him enough to go out alone with him.
Below, you’ll find what you need to know in order to catch this week’s episode online or on TV. Since it is PBS, though, check your local station’s schedule just in case they’ll air something else tonight.
