New Characters and Location in The Walking Dead 7B?
The Walking Dead 7B comes back next month and Entertainment Weekly is providing us with “25 scoops in 25 days.” Today is a possible new character.
Once The Walking Dead returns, we know of at least five different communities.
- Hilltop
- Alexandria
- Camp Negan
- The Kingdom
- Seaside Community
But a new picture was just released that’s proving to introduce one more come February. Here’s the picture that’s making fans question everything we thought we knew:

We’ve definitely never seen this location before- I guess we’ll call this the ‘Junkyard.’ But it does remind me of something- the boat where Rick and Aaron paddled out to get supplies. And if I remember correctly, someone from there follows them back to Alexandria. Could this be the new community that we’re introduced to? And are they friends or foe?
Showrunner Scott M. Gimple has small intel of what’s to come with them: “I’m just going to say that Rick is going to meet this person and/or persons pretty quickly,” says Gimple. “The answers are just around the heap. I cannot wait for people to meet this character and to see this actor. There is some formidable fun coming up.” Formidable fun. You heard it here first.
We already know that the second half of this season is going to be “the thrill of the fight,” but will these new junkyard folk team up with or go against our good guys? They loom pretty badass so I can only hope they join together.
