It’s been almost a month since new episodes of Agents of SHIELD have been on. And while this winter hiatus is not as long as the last two seasons where we had Marvel’s Agent Carter to fill the void, it feels like forever since we saw our SHIELD compatriots in action.

When we last left them, Ghost Rider and his super evil uncle Eli were whisked away in an explosion. At the same time, Daisy was exonerated for her past crimes and rejoined the SHIELD fold in a very public manner thanks to Director Mace. Oh, and Aida has the real Agent May tied up and knocked out in her closet. The one getting closer to Coulson is most definitely a life-model decoy.

Our SHIELD friends return tonight in “Broken Promises,” where the subtitle for the season changes to LMD. Now we’ll get to see robots being evil! What the heck is Aida’s plan anyway?
