Carrie Fisher is Amazing Even in Death with her Urn Choice

During the private funeral ceremony for Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds, Fisher’s urn was revealed and it is just as iconic as the actress herself.

Carrie Fisher unfortunately passed away in December and fans of hers were devastated. But it seems that even in death, Carrie is proving her amazing sense of humor once more. The actress, famous for her role in Star Wars as Princess Leia, famously suffered from bipolar disorder.

She had become a mental health advocate and openly talked about her struggle with the disorder. So it isn’t surprising that her urn and prized possession would be a giant Prozac pill.

In one more act of something very ‘Carrie Fisher’ like, Carrie’s brother Todd carried her Prozac pill urn to the burial of their mother Debbie Reynolds. Honestly, it is so fitting and so amazing to see a woman who struggled most her life having such a sense of humor about herself.

She rose above everything that she was dealing with and spoke openly about her struggles. Carrie became someone everyone could look to who was struggling with their mental health and she became an icon more so than her Star Wars counterpart.

It is just so fitting for Carrie and it just gave us all one more thing to laugh about with her. Of all the normal urns and things that could have been run of the mill about Carrie Fisher passing, it wouldn’t have felt right if there wasn’t some kind of flair. She never did do things the simple way after all.
