The 100 Season 4 New Promo: Clarke and Bellamy Team Up Once Again
New promo for S4 of The 100 shows Clarke and Bellamy teaming up yet again for one last attempt to save the world. But who will survive it?
Ever since the beginning of the show, Clarke and Bellamy have joined forces each season to combat whatever was against them at the time. The first season, it was grounders. The second was Mount Weather while the third was the City of Light. Every season, they often found themselves in different places with different people (even proving to be against one another at times) but with this season quickly approaching, it seems as though we’re going back to where it all started, where Clarke and Bellamy are co-leading a battle- Skaikru against the world.
A new promo from this upcoming season has recently been released and it’s got us all on the edge of our seats:
Although this short promo gave us a glimpse of almost all of our favorite characters, an ominous title of “who will survive?” still looms. Let’s break down what exactly we’re seeing during this short 30-second clip:
- First of all, song choice on point. It’s hopeful and badass and energetic, and if that gives me any taste of what this season is going to be, then I’m all in.
- Clarke’s raspy voice. Swooning. You can physically hear all the shit she’s been through. Can I just get one moment in this season where she’s not worrying about “saving her people” and where she’s just maybe being a normal teenager with her friends?
- Then we have Echo, who I still can’t figure out. But it seems as though she’s blaming her people’s death on skaikru, which can’t be good. I assume we’ll have some Ice Nation vs. Arkadia confrontation going on by the looks of it.
- Jasper’s still dealing with some shit, but he has Raven to remind him that “there’s nothing like a little pain to remind you that you’re alive.” An ode back to the CoL, which I’m sure Jasper still wishes he was in.
- Kane and Indra have a short appearance and although I’m all for the whole #Kabby thing, I can’t say I wouldn’t hate Kane and Indra in more scenes together this season.
- And lastly, we have Clarke and Bellamy being leaders together again. It’s undeniable that the two are a dynamic duo. I’ve enjoyed watching them both grow together and transform into the people they are in S4. They’ve certainly both made their mistakes but it’s safe to say that everyone has in this show. Wherever their relationship goes, I really just want Clarke to be happy this season- she deserves that after all she’s been through.
At the end of the day, everyone is trying to do what’s best for their people, and by the end of season 4, I’m hoping Clarke and Bellamy find a way to not lose anymore of them.
