18. Hedwig and Harry in the Snow

The quintessential Harry and Hedwig scene is when they go out in the snow. They are in the courtyard together, and it is just a beautiful scene. While it is not representative of Christmas at all, it is still within the season.

There is just something so amazing about winter. For lack of a better term, it is magical. You get to experience the change in weather and watching the snow fall is something else entirely. Everything just seems nicer and calmer in the winter.

With Harry and Hedwig, it is simply really pretty. Seeing these two companions just out in the snow makes us happy. Hedwig has been through Harry through thick and thin, and she just loves him fiercely. The two of them are best friends.

There is honestly something so captivating about this scene. Just watching Harry and Hedwig outside with Hedwig almost blending into the snow reminds us of the magic of the series and of the holiday season.

After all, Hedwig is a snowy owl so of course she looks best in the snow in contrast to Harry’s dark robes. And Hedwig is just pretty regal all on her own. Hagrid did a pretty good job with her.
