The Lady of Winterfell has come home to nest once again. As we excitedly wait for Season 7 of HBO’s Game of Thrones, let’s take a look at why Lady Sansa Stark will always be our Queen in the North.

Sansa Stark is one of those Game of Thrones characters who grows on you. She starts out as a silly little girl who thinks Joffrey is the epitome of masculinity. But she quickly learns life in the capital of Westeros isn’t all its cracked up to be, and there’s plenty of snakes stirring in the grass. But through it all, she proved to us time and time again that she has what it takes to lord over a kingdom. And now that a Stark is back in the North, it just might be another leg up in the fight against the upcoming long winter.

It’s been fun watching Sophie Turner grow along with her character, and she’s one of the few Thrones characters who has managed to survive all six seasons. We’re very excited to see what Season 7 has in store for us, but in the mean time,  we’ve picked 25 reasons why we want to name Sansa Stark as our Queen in the North. Fair warning, major spoilers ahead!
