Jordan Smith, ‘Tis the Season

Jordan Smith, a native to Kentucky, is the 2015 winner of NBC’s The Voice. He is what is known as a “four chair turn” because each of the four judges turned around to vie for Jordan’s attention. He eventually chose Team Adam (Adam Levine).  He is well known for his cover of Adele’s “Hello” while on the show and was the first artist from The Voice to reach number one of the iTunes Store pop songs list. In fact, three of his recordings outranked Adele’s version of “Hello” from the top spot on iTunes. ‘Tis the Season is Jordan’s second album, following his debut pop record, Something Beautiful from March. So far, Jordan is the highest selling performer from The Voice.
