36 New Holiday and Christmas Albums for 2016
Jennifer Nettles, To Celebrate Christmas

Jennifer Nettles, half of the Country music duo Sugarland, has released a couple solo albums, but To Celebrate Christmas will be her first holiday album. If you’re not familiar with Jennifer Nettles, be prepared for a whole lotta country sass. She’s best known for her unforgiving country twang and piercing voice (that’s a compliment). It may not be for everyone.
Collaborators on the record include Tony Award winner Idina Menzel and relative R&B newcomer (out with her own holiday album this year, too) Andra Day. Dolly Parton is also featured as a writer. She penned “Circle of Love”, which Nettles does justice, trust me.
