The first season of The Office made everyone fall in love with Jim Halpert. And as the show continued to progress, you loved him more and more. The love story of Jim Halpert and Pam Beesly is one of the greatest in television history. She was engaged and he was madly in love.

With Jim, he needs a lot of help to get him to do something. He doesn’t really have that much courage when it comes to asking Pam out in the beginning. I mean, it did take him two seasons to admit he had feelings for her at all. And when he finally did? Boy was it heartbreaking.

As The Office went on, Jim continued to be adoring of Pam until he got lost in his job. But even then, he had the best line on the show when he told her “You are everything” and made everyone cry yet again.

Jim Halpert isn’t perfect but that’s what makes him real. He makes mistakes and doesn’t really know what to do once he gets the girl of his dreams but he figures it out and that’s why we love him. That and his sense of humor and his dashing good looks.
