Ned the Pie Maker (Pushing Daisies)

Ned the Pie Maker is hands down one of the cutest men on this list. He is awkward and sweet and he finds ways to make his relationship with Chuck work despite the fact that he can’t really touch her. Because if he touches her, she dies.

Pushing Daisies was an amazing show that came out about Ned, a pie maker who had the ability to bring things back from the dead with one touch. The only problem? It had to die again within thirty seconds or something else would die in its place.

When he discovers that his childhood love Charlotte (Chuck) dies, he brings her back to life to find her killer but doesn’t have the heart to kill her again so he keeps her alive. While the show centers around them solving murders, there is a cute underlying domestic theme between Ned and Chuck.

They can’t touch but they find ways to show their affection for one another, like kissing each other through plastic wrap.

The show was cancelled too soon and fans still beg for them to bring it back but Pushing Daisies did give us the sweetness that is Ned the Pie Maker and we will always be grateful for that.
