A Wrinkle In Time Set Photos and More from Ava DuVernay

For many, A Wrinkle In Time defined their childhoods and finally, after all this time, we’re going to get an actual film directed by Ava DuVernay!

Principal photography for A Wrinkle In Time wrapped last week and Ava DuVernay took to Twitter to share her experience directing the beloved book to film. For many, A Wrinkle In Time took them on their first journey into a mystical world. It took us away and made a little girl the hero.

So whether you read it as an adult (like me) or as a child, it still has a special meaning to us all. And this movie looks like everything we’d hope it would be. Especially with this amazing cast. From Mindy Kaling as Mrs. Who to Oprah as Mrs. Which and even to Chris Pine as Dr. Alexander Murry, this cast is one that we all dreamed of.

And Ava did an incredible job with them, clearly. This set looked like so much fun and like everything we could have dreamt of. Now we just have to wait a month and a year to see the movie.

And really, it is enough to get us through at least a few months without the movie. (Especially that Chris Pine tweet for me.)
