Travis Kelce admits to being a Hallmark movie fan

If you are a fan of Travis Kelce, then you already know that he really has no problem being open and honest on his podcast. And we love him for that. But his recent revelation was definitely a surprise.

It turns out that the tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs is actually a fan of Hallmark movies. According to Us Weekly, in a recent podcast episode which aired on April 24, he and his friend Andrew Santino were talking about the newest movie from Lindsay Lohan, Irish Wish. Although this movie was actually on Netflix, a lot of people have compared it to classic Hallmark movies.

But what does this particular movie have to do with Hallmark and Travis Kelce’s watch habits? Apparently, Santino revealed that his wife is a fan of Hallmark movies and he decided to ask Kelce about his own preferences. Specifically, he asked, “ are you a Hallmark guy, Trav?”

Travis Kelce admitted to his friend, “I dabble now, yeah.” Unsurprisingly, fans of Taylor Swift who heard the podcast pointed out that prior to the football player dating the singer, he admitted that he didn’t really watch a lot of TV or movies. However, now that they are dating it seems that he has changed his tune a bit. And this includes watching those Hallmark movies.

However, while fans of Taylor Swift might think that his dating life has changed him in terms of his movie preferences, Travis Kelce had this to say about this new switch to watching Hallmark movies. In opening up about being a fan of the Hallmark brand, Kelce explained to his friend, “I mean, I’ve been there for f–king 11 years. I see it all the time.” (If you didn’t know, the Hallmark headquarters is located in Kansas City.)

Whether or not Travis Kelce is watching Hallmark movies because of his relationship with Taylor Swift, we love that he has no problem admitting to watching these movies. Now we just want to know if he has any favorites,
