Love Letters to a Serial Killer takes you inside the mind of a woman falling for an accused killer.
Love or hate it, there will be some strong feelings after reading this one. The story is told from a young woman's point of view, who may be a polarizing character to some. Hannah is a woman navigating her early 30s with a mundane job and an unsatisfying dating life. From insanely relatable inner thoughts to infuriating life choices, her narrative keeps you on your toes the entire time.
Hannah's life changes when she gets wrapped up in the serial killing of women happening states away. Hannah's intrigue only heightens after seeing the good looks of the accused killer, William. She decides to write him a strongly worded letter expecting no response only to be shocked by what William has to say.
Hannah takes it upon herself to investigate further by flying to Georgia and seeing the trial unfold firsthand. Upon arrival, she is greeted by two sides, William's family and the loved ones of the murdered women.
"Oh my god. Utterly brilliant. Hannah is so painfully relatable I didn't know whether to shake her or hug her, but what I could not do was take my eyes off her. I was glued to the very end and I am begging for a sequel!"
