Reelgood shares its Top 10 stats and 2024 is starting with a bang
Reelgood knows that all of us are devoted streamers and we love being able to watch shows and movies at the click of a button.
Most notably though, the company tallies up what the most popular shows and movies streamed were and shares it with us. As a streamer, it's honestly surprising some of the shows and movies that make the cut.
Given that it's a new year, there's always a lot of content being buzzed about, some antcipated releases and just some content you can't help but get excited for. Once you see what the list starts with, you'll see why.
Coming in at the #1 spot this week was Saltburn which is streaming on Prime Video. This should come as no surprise since everyone has been talking about this movie. Plus let's be real: everyone is currently obsessed with Jacob Elordi so there's no way this one wasn't going to make the list.

Moving onto #2 on the list, this is another one we've been hearing a lot of buzz about and that's Fool Me Once on Netflix. This is a mini-series following a woman who is trying to figure out what happened to her husband but much more is unraveled. If you're looking for something thrilling to start off 2024, this is a great one to try.
Moving back to Prime Video, Reacher took the #3 spot which is a TV series about Jack Reacher. At the #4 spot is True Detective which is already getting loads of praise. This one is currently streaming on Max and features Jodie Foster and Kali Reis as the leads. I mean what's not to love about that matchup?
Heading into the middle of the list, the #5 spot goes to The Holdovers on Peacock while the #6 spot belongs to Netflix's Society of the Snow. These two couldn't be more different but I do feel like they both have such an appeal to audiences which makes them great for watching over the weekend.
Trucking right along, Hulu's Fargo is coming in at #7 which isn't a surprise as the show has been a mainstay since it returned with new episodes. Percy Jackson and the Olympians is another constant at #8 as it's streaming on both Hulu and Disney+. Then at #9, people are streaming the third installment in the Equalizer series and how could you say no to Denzel Washington?
Last but not least, the #10 spot went to Hulu's The Bear. Maybe it's due to the show winning a Golden Globe but everyone is back to loving it which is great. All in all, it's been a great past week for movies and shows. Hopefully, something on this list will strike your fancy and make you want to relax on the couch or in bed.
