Keebler and Kinder Joy celebrate Despicable Me 4 with new products

If there's one thing I've learned as an aunt, there is a difference between products with and without favorite characters on it. That's why I had to share these new Despicable Me 4 products from Keebler and Kinder Joy.

While it might not seem like a big theme, the addition of Gru and the Minions will in fact make it taste better than a normal Kinder Joy. I don't make the rules, but somehow I always have to follow them when shopping.

Anyway, I wanted to share some of the new offerings from both Kinder Joy and Keebler featuring our favorite characters from the Despicable Me franchise. It's honestly wild to think about the fact that this franchise now has 4 movies in its canon but it's clearly incredibly popular and beloved.

With that being said, let's start with the Kinder Joy Despicable Me 4 Eggs. Each egg comes with a different toy featuring one of the characters from the film including Gru, Lucy, and some of our favorite Minions including Kevin, Phil, and Stuart. Of course, you still get the cocoa and sweet cream we've come to know and love from Kinder Joy, too.

Keebler also joins the fun for Despicable Me 4.

Kinder Joy isn't the only one getting some DM4 items as Keebler is adding some new cookies and this is what I'm most excited for. These limited-edition delights are Despicable Me 4 Rocky Road Fudge Stripes. These are described as "featuring a chocolate and almond-flavored shortbread cookie, topped with a marshmallow-flavored fudge drizzle for a delicious rocky road taste." As someone who is allergic to nuts, this just made me significantly sadder.

However if you're able to eat them, then all the power to you. The thing that makes these cookies even cooler is that they come in four different designs so you find your favorite minions on these Fudge-Striped cookies. The fun doesn't end there as Keebler has its Open for Magic Hub which can be accessed via a QR code on the cookies package.

Even though we won't be able to see Despicable Me 4 just yet, these products are now hitting store shelves so be on the lookout for them. The Rocky Road Fudge Stripes have a suggested retail price of $4.80 while the Kinder Joy has a suggested retail price of $2.39. No matter which one you're grabbing, you're sure to make the day of someone who loves the Minions as much as Gru does.

Despicable Me 4 will be released in theaters on July 3rd, 2024.
