1. Electric Idol

That leaves only one book to be in the top spot of our list and that's Electric Idol. Considering that this is book 2 in the Dark Olympus series, this one has really stayed with me. Of course, let me just be honest and say that I usually re-read this series once a year so I have read these first few books a handful of times.

My second time reading Electric Idol, I really fell in love with it because it's just so great. While we were introduced to these characters in Neon Gods, we truly got to know Psyche and Eros within this book and it was delightful. Seeing the other side of both of them and how they fell for each other was just utterly intoxicating.

Coupled with the "twist" at the end of the book, that's another thing that changed the series as a whole. From there, the larger plotline continued to build and work which is something I appreciate about Katee Robert. She isn't afraid to do something daring while still being true to the characters.

Regardless, Electric Idol continues to be my personal favorite in the series and one I know a lot of people love and adore for so many reasons. Whether you love the romance, the representation, or how the story plays out, there was no way Electric Idol wasn't going to take my top spot.
