Cheez-It opens Cheez-In, a diner and road trip stop all in one

While Memorial Day isn't officially the start of summer, It feels like it. That's why I knew I had to share Cheez-In which is Cheez-It's newest attraction.

Cheez-It has introduced some fun innovations in recent years and Cheez-In is the latest and greatest from the brand. Whether you're traveling in New York or live close to where it's located, there is no way you want to miss, visiting Cheez-In.

Let's start with the important details which is that Cheez-In is located in Woodstock, New York at 261 Tinker Street in Woodstock, NY. The other thing of note is that it's only going to be open from now until May 26th which should help cement some of your Memorial Day Weekend plans. For MDW, Cheez-In will be open from 4 pm to 12 am, making it a great road trip stop but for weekdays, it's open from 4 pm to 9 pm.

With those important details out of the way, let's get into what I'm most excited about as a foodie and that's the menu at Cheez-In.

What is on the menu at Cheez-It's Cheez-In?

Before getting into the food, there is one really cool attraction and that's a Cheez-It Jukebox. It's like a regular jukebox but you have to pay with Cheez-Its. I don't know about you but I think that is so charming and I'm here for it. Moving onto the food side of things, there is also a Cheez-It Taste-It Station which features all different flavors of Cheez-It for you to sample or mix and match.

Since it's a diner, the fare is all diner-themed and frankly, I'm ready to book a trip to the Cheez-In because this all sounds amazing. For a twist on diner foods, Cheez-It shared some classics like The Extra Cheezburger which is a "pimento Cheez-It smashburger topped with lettuce, pickles and an Extra Big Cheez-It cracker," the Big Grilled Cheez that is described as "a cracker-coated Texas toast filled with cheezy pimento goodness and surrounded by a crunchy Cheez-It cracker crust," and Mac & Cheez-It which is pasta made with White Cheddar Cheez-It cracker sauce that is topped with White Cheddar Cheez-It crumbs.

Of all the classic diner fare at Cheez-In, there is one I am dying to try and that's the Cheezy Chicky Tendies. Described as "Juicy chicken tenders breaded in Original Cheez-It crackers. Spice-It with Hot & Spicy Seasoning and Dip-It in hot honey or Hidden Valley® Cheezy Ranch," this sounds absolutely delightful. I don't know about you, but I think those Cheez-It chicken tenders would be worth the trip alone.

Moving to the side dishes, Cheez-In has some unique ones and once again, these might be worth the drive. First is the Cheez-It Fries which are fries coated in your favorite Cheez-It flavor with options including original, white cheddar, hot & spicy, and more. It's all finished off with some melted pimento cheese sauce. Next is the Cheez-It Biscu-it which is a biscuit with cheez-its baked into it.

Last but not least, there are two dessert options which are a Sweet-N-Salty Cheezcake which is described as "an absurdly creamy cheesecake dessert with a Cheez-It cracker pie crust topped with caramel and Extra Big Cheez-It crackers." I'd be interested in how it tastes more than anything. Last but not least is the Deluxe Cheez-It Milkshake which is "a creamy vanilla shake blended with Cheez-It crackers, a caramel and crushed Cheez-It cracker rim and topped with whipped cream, sprinkles and chocolate sauce, garnished with a chocolate-dipped Cheez-It cracker." Once again, I'd just be curious to see how this tastes because that just sounds interesting.
