Blue Moon launches Eclipse Sips ahead of the Solar Eclipse

With the Solar Eclipse taking place on April 8th, everyone is getting excited about what's to come but Blue Moon knows what we're looking for.

I don't know about you, but I'm a glitter girlie. If you add glitter to something, there's a high chance I won't be able to take my eyes off of it. However, Blue Moon is taking things a step further in honor of the Eclipse.

Beginning on April 3rd at 12:00 pm EST, fans can order their very own Eclipse Sips kits to make your Blue Moon even brighter. In a way, it'll feel like you're experienceng your own Solar Eclipse every time you take a sip.

The only downside to purchasing this kit is that it doesn't include beer. Thankfully, you can find Blue Moon at your favorite beer distributor and you'll be able to shine bright like a diamond or the upcoming Solar Eclipse.

The kits are available on Blue Moon's website and are priced at $25.00 per kit. Each kit includes 4 pint glasses that come in a commerative box that glows in the dark, blacklight coasters and flashlight along with Blue Moon Dust. Blue Moon Dust makes you beer shine and glow once you add it which is enough to entice me to try it out. There is also a limit of one per order.

That's not the only way Blue Moon is celebrating this special event, though. In the brand's press release, "Those lucky enough to purchase will automatically unlock the chance to win 20 years of Blue Moo to hold them over until the next solar eclipse in the United States…in 2044. All 21+ fans have the chance to win by visiting @bluemoonbrewco on Instagram and commenting on the Eclipse Sips post between April 3rd and April 8th." Honestly, what do you have to lose?!

Even for those who aren't able to grab some Eclipse Sips from Blue Moon, you can still buy some Blue Moon to enjoy before, during and after the Eclipse happens. You could even be totally extra and have an Eclipse party which would also feature a watch party of Eclipse from the Twilight film series.

Of course, this all applies as long as you're 21 years old and over. If you're not, then probably just watch the Eclipse Twilight movie and then enjoy a nice mocktail with some edible glitter For those who are over 21 though, Blue Moon is the ultimate beer to enjoy while admiring the Solar Eclipse.
