Taylor Swift: Ranking 13 of her best outfits from 2014 in honor of 1989

As mentioned in the previous slide, we’re focusing on some of her best performance looks from 2014 and she performed a lot. Whether it was the Grammy’s, the MTV Video Music Awards, or the Jingle Ball Bash, Taylor Swift was everywhere in 2014. Of course, 1989 wasn’t released until October so there are plenty of outfits to look from before, during, and after the album was released so let’s move on to the next one.

12. Taylor Swift’s performance at the iHeartRadio Festival

Coming in at #12 spot is Taylor’s look from the 2014 iHeartRadio Music Festival. This is another sparkly outfit from Taylor Swift and it’s pink. I feel like we rarely see Taylor Swift in pink so this is an absolute treat. As always, she manages to rock a two-piece look with ease and it even has some ombre details which is classic 2014.

While it might not be a memorable outfit for some, Taylor looks great in pink and we rarely see her in it so it had to make my list.

11. Taylor’s performance at the MTV Video Music Awards

Next up at #11 on my list is Taylor Swift’s performance look from the MTV Video Music Awards and she is rocking another two-piece. This time, she’s rocking a flapper-style outfit and it’s silver with lots of dangling accessories on it. She just looks so confident in this and it feels like the ultimate look to try and recreate for Halloween.

10. Taylor Swift’s 2014 performance look from the American Music Awards

#10 goes out to Taylor’s look from the 2014 American Music Awards. I feel like she looks absolutely unhinged in this picture. Regardless, she’s in a dress with some fun accessories and I don’t know why but it seems to bring her eyes out even more. Coupled with her short hair and red lips, this look is an absolute stunner. Hopefully, she decides to recreate something similar in the future.
