2. “Only Human”

Moving onto the top two from Happiness Begins, this list was a little too easy. With that being said, “Only Human” is coming in at #2 on my list. Despite it being the third single from the album, it feels more funky and fresh than “Cool” so that’s why it took the #2 spot.

The song also featured a great music video, has a fun sound, and honestly, was pretty amazing to hear live. Plus the Jonas Brothers do an amazing dance during it. I mean there is no denying a live performance can sway you in a certain way. Either way, this song is fun, sexy, and all about just giving in to what you want as you’re only human.

It’s such a fun one to dance and sing to which is something I constantly say in these rankings yet it’s so true. The Jonas Brothers make music you want to dance and sing to so that’s why “Only Human” ended up at this spot.

1. “Sucker”

Of course, that leaves only one song in my top spot and that’s “Sucker.” How could it not end up at the #1 spot?! I mean it was the first song we’d gotten from the band in 10 years. In addition to being the first single released, it’s the first song on the Happiness Begins tracklist. It’s a great return to form for the Jonas Brothers, too.

It’s such a fun and poppy sound so there’s no way fans weren’t going to eat it up. It even ended up going to #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts in 2019 and was their first song to do that. It had an awesome music video which is bittersweet to watch now.

Even so, “Sucker” was our reintroduction to the Jonas Brothers and ended up being a smash hit. In the same ways fans associate “S.O.S.,” “Burnin’ Up,” and “Year 3000,” “Sucker” now claims that honor as it’s one they’ve performed since 2019 and remains a fan favorite. As you can see, that was relatively easy to rank Happiness Begins which hasn’t been the case with their previous albums.
