Razer launches 3 new cat-eared headset styles for International Cat Day
Do you love your cat and also want a solid over-the-ear headphones you use for gaming or work? The gaming company Razer has some new headsets that are sure to be right up your alley!
In honor of International Cat Day on August 8., Razer has announced a “new litter” of Kraken Kitty headsets. The first iteration of these headsets are still one of their most popular designs, so it should come as no surprise that Razer has made some updates and new offerings.
First up is the Kraken Kitty V2, which has bigger and more pronounced cat ears than the prior version. It’s also powered by the Razer ChromaTM RGB. This also comes with interchangeable ears for three different animals: cat, bunny, and bear.
Razer is also offering a Bluetooth version of the Kraken Kitty V2 as well. This one offers up to 60 hours of battery life, Chrome RGB support, and provides Bluetooth 5.2 with its gaming mode.
If you don’t want to go full-out for either of those headsets but still want in on the kitty fun, they have a V2 version of their Kitty Ears to check out as well. These are clip-on cat ears that will fit almost any headset. The ears are 50% larger and are lightweight and adjustable for ease of comfort.
Razer is one of the best gaming brands for headsets, gear, and gaming rigs. If you have any of their other gaming products (Personally, I love my gaming keyboard and mouse that I use on a daily basis just for work!), you know how much fun it is to download their Synapse program to control the lighting and effects of whatever product of theirs that you own.
These new Kraken Kitty headsets have the same capabilities. You’ll be able to control the effects through Synapse and customize it as much as you want, which is even more of a reason that owning a pair is what you need to do now. The Kitty Ears V2 are a less expensive way to go and will still give you the amount of cute that you want or need.
