For the month of December, all of my #TBRTrending picks are going to be holiday-themed. The first book is Stocking Stuffers by Erin McLellan which is unsurprisingly a Christmas romance.

Obviously, Christmas is the major holiday celebrated during this time of year. However, there are romance books featuring all holidays including Hanukkah and Kwanzaa which will be featured later in the month.

Starting things off with a Christmas romance seems like a bit of an obvious choice, but there are plenty of underrated Christmas romances out there. For me, I feel like Christmas is a holiday a lot of authors enjoy so they end up writing about it.

If you’re looking for something with some steam, then Stocking Stuffers is a great holiday book to enjoy this season.

This week’s #TBRTrending pick is Stocking Stuffers by Erin McLellan.

While Stocking Stuffers is a Christmas romance, it’s actually the first book in Erin McLellan’s So Over the Holidays series. This is a series of interconnected standalone books following each of the Holiday siblings as they have their own romances and each book is obviously centered around a different holiday.

Stocking Stuffers is everything you love about a Hallmark Christmas movie but make it hot. It follows Sasha who is a sex-toy rep hired for a romance book club’s Christmas party. It’s going great until she ends up getting snowed in and is stuck there. However, she soon gets cozy with Perry, a tattooed romance reader.

This book has a little bit of everything as it’s set at Christmas, features incredible steamy scenes, and the heroine is bi who obviously uses toys during sexy time. It also gives you those snowed-in cozy vibes but has the hottest scenes that will warm you up in no time. Plus it’s the start of a series so you’ll be able to read this and then jump into the next one for Valentine’s Day.

While it’s been almost two years since I first read this, I’m actually convincing myself to re-read it. The most shocking thing about this book though is that it only has just over 700 ratings on Goodreads. If you’re a Kindle Unlimited subscriber, it’s also available there. If you picked up a deal for it on Black Friday, then this is a great time to add Stocking Stuffers to your KU TBR.
