Xbox Games with Gold lives to see another month of free games. And while it’s not the four games that were offered through this last September, it’s still an offering of some kind! Of course, we can’t help but wonder how long Games with Gold will keep hanging around or when Microsoft will just push everyone towards Game Pass.

Regardless, here are your games for November and the dates they’re available to download:

  • Praetorians – HD Remaster, November 1 to 30
  • Dead End Job, November 15 to December 14

November highlights for Xbox Games with Gold members

Praetorians – HD Remaster is a remaster of the 2003 real-time strategy game. It’s set during the early Roman Empire and the remastered version released in 2020. It gave us updated visuals and a few quality-of-life improvements that brought it more into the modern realm of what the RTS genre has become in the last two decades.

In Praetorians, you have over 20 campaign missions to choose from and three different armies to play as (the Gauls, the Egyptians, and Roman Legions). Each army has different strengths and weaknesses and it’s up to you to use it all to your advantage and become the Emperor.

Dead End Job will give you the nostalgia feels for your Saturday morning cartoons. It’s a weird mix of Ren and Stimpy or Aaahh!!! Real Monsters and Luigi’s Mansion. This is your twin-stick, top-down shooter for the month and is honestly more fun if you play with someone through local co-op.

You play as Hector Plasm (pun intended!) and are tasked with trying to save your partner, Beryl. The story is vague and not much to write home about, but the graphics and color scheme are sheer insanity. Controls aren’t anything crazy and the game itself can get repetitive at times. There are enough different enemies to hold your interest for a little while.

Next. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom trailer gets a perfect N64 demake. dark

Of course, October’s free game of Bomber Crew: Deluxe Edition is available to download through November 14th.
