Updates For Bob Morley’s and Eliza Taylor’s sci-fi thriller
Previously, Culturess reported the news that The 100 alums, Bob Morley and Eliza Taylor will star alongside in a sci-fi thriller film. As production rolled on in Atlanta, more information regarding the film has been released, including an updated title and two fear-immersed posters that are both sexy and haunting.
Hera was the temporary feature title, but has been updated to I’ll Be Watching. Furthermore, Georgia-based film company, Benacus Entertainment, collaborating with RNF Productions is behind the project’s development. Eliza Taylor and Keith David (who has a supporting role in the film) will serve as executive producers with Erik Bernard directing. The movie’s script was created by Sara Sometti Michaels and Elisa Manzini respectfully.
Aside from the title change, the synopsis has also been tweaked, though not much different than the first.
"In I’ll Be Watching, after her tech genius husband (Bob Morley) leaves on a work trip, Julie (Eliza Taylor), still mourning the loss of her sister, is trapped in their new, isolated home and must fight her own fears to stay alive."
Seth Micheals, co-owner of Benacus Entertainment had nothing but ‘beaming’ words for Morley and Taylor.
“We are thrilled to have such talented stars as Eliza and Bob leading the cast,” he shared with Deadline. “and a great supporting cast. Filming has been an adventure so far and we can’t wait to bring this story to audiences around the world.”
The Italian film supplier, IUVIT Media Sales, also launched a pair of I’ll Be Watching posters that show a petrified Taylor and a work-driven Morley in the first and an up-close of Taylor and her ‘stalker’ in the second.
IUVIT will also distribute it to the EFM, or the European Film Market, hosted in Berlin, Germany. However, due to the rise of Covid cases in Germany, the event shifted from in-person to online, with the set dates February 10th to the 17th.
Despite that I’ll Be Watching will have sinister themes and an overall dark storyline, Taylor quoted on Twitter that she had “so much fun” being behind the scenes and onscreen with her husband, Bob Morley.
This will be the first project the two will be starring together following The 100, which ran for seven seasons on the CW, with its finale in 2020.
