Shark Tank continues to evolve after spending years airing on television. With 13 seasons on television, it maintains its status as one of the most popular reality shows on television and a successful business-building franchise. With four Primetime Emmy Awards under their belt, the guest stars continue to grow with the show also. Most recently, Kevin Hart made an appearance on the show.   With his company HartBeat Ventures having recently launched, Hart had his mind on successfully making investments during the show.

How did Kevin Hart do during Shark Tank?

Kevin Hart’s investment firm has invested in companies that include Therafirm and Fabletics. However, during the show, he fit in just like a shark and for any fan of the show who knows, did things that include having his playful banter with Kevin O’ Leary.

He said during the show: “The beauty in business is knowledge. What you need to gain is knowledge-based off of those who have opened doors for you. Kevin has opened amazing doors. But guess what? You get older. And as you get older, you start to slip up here and there. And what is my job? My job is to pick up here.”

And he managed to make investments!

He teamed up with Lori Grenier to invest in Snackactiv, a chopstick-like device that allows you to not get your hands dirty when you eat. The pair invested a combined $200,000 for a shared 20% equity.

He also paired up with Mark Cuban to invest in Black Sands – an entertainment company that shines a light on African American history.

This season has also included appearances by Emma Grede, Nirav Tolia, and Peter Jones.
