Honorary Mention: Josie Saltzman

At the beginning of the fourth season of Legacies, no one knew that it would be Kaylee Bryant’s last as Josie Saltzman.

Her performance as the beloved Saltzman twin will surely stay with The Vampire Diaries universe fans for a long time, and her passion for the representation Josie provided will always be appreciated by queer fans everywhere.

It’s hard to imagine Legacies without Josie, especially now that Lizzie is a heretic and Hope still doesn’t have her humanity. Losing Josie leaves a hole in the heart of the series, as well as a hole in the queer representation the show provided.
