The Walking Dead season 11 episode 6 preview: “On the Inside”
It’s a return to The Walking Dead’s horror roots in this week’s all-new episode. The show might be in its final season but showrunner Angela Kang and her team are upping the ante with stories that keep delivering powerful punches.
In The Walking Dead season 11 episode 6, “On the Inside”, it’s a return to the show’s horror roots as fans find out what Connie has been up to since making her way out of the cave.
The Walking Dead season 11 episode 6 turns up the terror
Whenever Greg Nicotero directs an episode of the show fans know that they’re in for a big treat. In previews of “On the Inside” Connie (Lauren Ridloff) and Virgil (Kevin Carroll) find themselves inside a creepy old house to take shelter from something more sinister than walkers, but what if they’re not alone?
Here’s the official synopsis of “On the Inside” from AMC: “Escaping from walkers, Connie and Virgil hide in a house occupied by mysterious creatures. Pope tests Daryl’s loyalty to the Reapers with a conflicting mission. Kelly leaves Alexandria in search of Connie.”
As Connie struggles to survive the house of horrors, her sister Kelly (Angel Theory) has renewed her search for her sister after finding out that Connie is actually alive. But the quest to find her has dangers of its own.
Daryl (Norman Reedus) continues to learn how to navigate the complexities of life with the Reapers. They send out a search party to see if they can track the group of people trying to come for their supplies; this puts Daryl in a terrible situation because he knows Pope is testing him but it could put his friends in danger. On the other hand, failing to comply could put Daryl’s life in danger, too.
The Walking Dead season 11 episode 6 airs Sunday, September 26, at 9pm ET/PT on AMC and will be followed by an all-new episode of Talking Dead with Chris Hardwick, who will be joined by Lauren Ridloff and Yvette Nicole Brown.
