While there is no update on the plot or storyline for the film, the announcement has made fans excited. Here is what we know so far.

The Super Mario Bros movie is bound to be a hit.

The 2022 feature film will be directed by Aaron Horvath and Michael Jelenic, who are behind Teen Titans Go!. While Charles Martinet has voiced the iconic role of Mario for Ninendo for more than three decades, Chris Pratt has been called to voice the role in the film. Although it has not been revealed why Charles will not voice the character, he is set to still be a making an appearance. Chris however, has been getting backlash for being cast in the lead role.
