Sony announced its PlayStation Plus games for September a little later than normal, but it doesn’t make them any less exciting. And all three games are very different from each other, too, which means you should be able to find something you want to play this month.

Below are your free games for the month of September:

  • Hitman II
  • Predator: Hunting Grounds
  • Overcooked! All You Can Eat (PS5 only)

Here’s the official announcement trailer from PlayStation Access:

For PlayStation 5 owners, Overcooked! All You Can Eat is your bonus game for the month. This includes Overcooked!, Overcooked! 2, and all of the additional content that comes with those. Which is a pretty good deal, assuming you have a PS5. These are fun, carefree multiplayer games that can entertain at any social gathering. Plus they’re pretty cute.

Hitman II originally released in 2018. It’s a solid follow-up to the original Hitman. You play as Agent 47 and traverse around the globe. The arsenal of weapons has increased since the first game, and the assassination routes and targets are just as fun and complicated as before. But what might be the most fun is the co-op and the new Sniper Assassin mode.

And if you didn’t pick up Hitman 3 in January and are itching for something in the franchise, a free option isn’t a bad choice, especially since reviews were fairly positive for this game.

Last up is Predator: Hunting Grounds, your multiplayer shooter game for September. Four players team up against the Predator to see who will survive and you can choose whether you want to be one of the hunters or the hunted.

If you’re in the market for violent multiplayer shooters, this is perfect. Otherwise reviews aren’t very kind to this game. It feels very incomplete and underwhelming. There’s not a lot of variation between matches, so it’s easy to figure out where things will spawn and it all ends up being repetitive.

The September PS Plus games will be available to download starting on September 7th.
