When it comes to Roswell New Mexico, we know that we can expect secrets and lies to be the name of the game. And that was especially true in Season 3 episode 6, “Bittersweet Symphony.

Obviously, when it comes to Roswell, we expect secrets and lies since our aliens really aren’t about spreading the news to everyone around. But in “Bittersweet Symphony” it was so much more than that.

Not only did we learn a hard truth – that Max isn’t really Max. It seems that Mr. Jones has taken control or maybe it’s actually Max locked away in the desert. Either way, with Mr. Jones on the loose, we have even more lies and secrets than ever before.

And the Max/Mr. Jones reveal wasn’t even the only issue. Then we had Alex and Michael drama, but it wasn’t even about them (technically).

Roswell was all about the secrets and lies in “Bittersweet Symphony”

Alex has a massive secret from Michael (and the rest of his friends to be honest). And that secret is one that left him unable to be honest or direct with Michael when he was asked to help figure out where Kyle is. And yes, we are still missing Kyle Valenti and have no clue exactly who has him, where he is, and what happened.

The thing is, while Michael doesn’t realize that Alex has an idea of what’s going on, he is still going to do whatever he can to find his friend. Of course, with Michael unaware of what’s going on with Alex, he has no idea that his ex has figured out a massive secret that may just get him killed.

And what about that desert surprise? Well, it’s not necessarily the Max surprise. Instead, it is the fact that apparently buried in the desert was an alien weapon. Not just any weapon either, but one that is basically a glowing torch of doom.

Unfortunately for our aliens and their friends, since it is actually Mr. Jones walking around in Max’s clothing, that means that he is now in control of that alien blade.

Things are about to get more than just bittersweet in Roswell, it looks like they may end up getting deadly. The problem is, we don’t really know who all is in trouble at this point and who may not survive Season 3.

Next. Kevin’s past just can’t stay in the past in our latest episode of Riverdale. dark

Were you surprised by the fact that it was Mr. Jones and not Max walking around? Did you figure it out before the ladies did? What do think about what Alex seems to have uncovered? Let us know.
