Riverdale season 5 episode 13 live stream: Watch online

After a long hiatus, Riverdale is back with the second half of its fifth season and just as wacky as ever. Last week’s “Citizen Lodge” was a slight detour from Riverdale‘s normal story, if there is such a thing.

The episode explored ongoing Riverdale villain Hiram Lodge’s backstory alongside his nouveau consigliere, Reggie, who both share abusive fathers in common that have pushed them down an untraditional career path.

Per IMDB, the synopsis for this week’s “Chapter Eighty-Nine: Reservoir Dogs” reads:

"While helping Eric deal with his PTSD, Archie is forced to confront his own past trauma in the Army. To find the Lonely Highway killer, Betty and Tabitha come up with a way to lure truckers to Pop’s."

Much of Archie’s storyline post-time jump over the course of this season has focused on his experience as an Army veteran, so it makes sense to continue exploring this new facet of his identity.

Meanwhile, when we last saw Betty, she was working alongside Tabitha to find Jughead after he mysteriously disappeared. Could Jughead’s absence be related to the Lonely Highway killer?

Meanwhile, it looks like we’re getting more of a look at the latest (religious) version of Cheryl Blossom while Archie will be handling the latest scourge in Riverdale–dogfighting.
