Gossip Girl season 1 episode 6 live stream: Watch online

HBO Max’s flashy reboot of The CW’s classic Gossip Girl is now over the halfway mark of its first season. While the series’ primary conflict lies between half-sisters queen bee Julien and new to Constance Zoya, the two are once again aligned against the Upper East Side as seen in last week’s Halloween episode.

While Zoya and Julien battled to have the most standout costume at Hulaween, Aki tried to save Max’s soul from his affair with Mr. Caparros. Additionally, Gossip Girl came under fire again after a student at a nearby school showed up with a weapon and the incident was linked to GG.

All Hallow’s Eve ended up bringing the friends together for an unfortunate reason as Audrey’s mom, who earlier in the episode had threatened to move them, wound up in the hospital.

Per IMDB, the synopsis for the sixth episode, “Parentsite,” reads:

"When Obie’s mother comes to town, Zoya begins to question his nature – and nurture. Julien decides to take her brand to the next level. Aki and Max come together to support Audrey."

Throughout the course of the season, Julien has wavered a bit in her commitment to her brand versus her commitment to her sister. Perhaps this week’s episode will test her devotion to the latter as she strives to take the next step in her influencer career.

This week’s promo shows more drama with everyone’s parents as Max continues to deal with the fallout of his father’s affair and Zoya meets Obie’s parents. Last week’s episode also saw Kate double down on her investment in Gossip Girl, which seems to be hinted at in the promo.
